JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Staff Management – Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
  • Customer Service – Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaints.
  • Inventory Management – Ordering supplies, managing vendor relations, and tracking stock.
  • Financial Oversight – Budgeting, monitoring costs, managing cash flow, and reporting on performance.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience – Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality is usually essential.

  • Leadership Skills – Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Customer Service Skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Knowledge – Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and basic accounting.
  • Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well.
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Quick thinking and decision-making skills to handle issues efficiently.
